Chiara and her family are just amazing, very friendly and have definitely earned there feather for Tipi-tastic survival (-: It was raining so much, that I wasn't sure, if I should have supplied them with a canoe outside, but met all of them with a big smile and a good night sleep next morning. It was a great pleasure meeting all of you. Very highly recomended

Torsten was a fantastic host. We needed a place to stay after a wedding in the area and this was perfect, but he also does guided tours and we could have stayed much longer. We were made to feel very welcome and really enjoyed chatting with Torsten, who also provided us with everything we needed and helped find us a place to eat. Would definitely go back!

Quite an unusual experience. The tipi is well built and amazingly warm with the bedding provided. Troson is a nice host and he provided us lots of useful tips around the area, e.g we went to the Findhorn fishing village where the beach is lovely and the mussels from the local pub is the best we had.

Very much enjoyed our half day with Torsten. He took us immediately to meet his friend Steve, the Nessie hunter. We got there before any crowds and that gave us time to get to the Urquhart Castle before the rain came. Torsten's personality and personal history added to the adventure of the day. Highly recommend!

Torsten is an incredibly welcoming, warm, helpful, dynamic and friendly host. His tipi paradise was fantastic! The bedding is wonderfully comfortable, kitchen and bathroom facilities very clean and practical, and the location accessible and the space so enjoyable to be in. The campfire too was a lovely touch to a perfect evening. Torsten has created a northern Scotland 'cosy corner' which has been one of our most enjoyable experiences to date during our travels. I cant wait to return! A truly special experience. Highly recommended! Many thanks Torsten.

The host was simply incredible! He brought us all to experience what's locally Scotland (stay here to know what it is) and was very welcoming! Staying in a Tipi was a brand new experience and he is indeed very passionate about what he is doing. Very honest man, stay with him, you won't regret it.

Torsten was an amazing host! He opened up his house and life to us. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. The backyard was beautiful! The tipi was very comfortable and definitely a magical experience. Highly recommended!

What can i say besides our stay was Tipi-tastic!! We had the best time staying in the tipi, but what truly made the trip was Torsten. He goes above and beyond to identify what you are looking for in your travels and find it for you. He has incredible local knowledge, great tours, friends all over the place and we truly enjoyed having him as a host and now a friend.

Wow! Torsten has put together an amazing tour package. He listened to our desires and the unfortunate necessity for having to cut our tour a bit short to get back to the ship on time. We greatly enjoyed the visit to Plodda Falls and none of us will ever forget the visit with Stuart at his delightful home. Thanks for being a super tour guide!
