Torsten was an excellent guide, shaping the tour to what would interest our entire group - from a 3 year old to a grandmother. We say interesting sites that were "off the beaten path" and some old favorites. I would strongly recommend his tour.

I had a very nice stay in the tipi. Torsten provided me with thick duves so it was easy to stay warm. He also drove me so I could buy the food I wanted and early in the morning the last day he drove me to the train station, which was very helpful. I can easily recommend this place!

Torsten has a strange name but nothing strange with him. A very happy and nice guy. He knows a lot about highlands and the Islands. We had a great time at Skye and the trip to Inverness. He is super patient and made us happy for the 7 / 8 hours that we spent together.

Torsten was an amazing host! So welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble and made us both feel really at home.His house was warm and welcoming and the Tipi was a unique and wonderful experience.A beautiful place to spend a really romantic (URL HIDDEN) was really memorable in every way. Torsten showed us around Moray and took us to various interesting castles and sites that we might have not otherwise found or though to look for. Torsten was a very warm host and took great care of us during our stay. I would recommend booking this tour guide and we would have loved to go further afield if we had arrived in summer.

I planned a weekend away as a surprise for my partner and couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. Right from the booking Torsten was there to answer all my queries and to plan the weekend down to a fine T. I was lucky enough that Torsten took my partner and I out canoeing for the day, to our lovely surprise he had arranged a nice picnic for us to enjoy when we reached the half way mark.

I've never felt so relaxed in someone's company, and house as what I did when we were there. The Tipi was such an amazing experience to sleep in, and surprisingly cosy as well, with a fire to attempt to make toasted marshmallows and cosy blankets there was nothing more peaceful and cosy!

Words just cannot describe how amazing our stay was overall. Thank you for the most amazing weekend anyone could have asked for. I cannot wait for our next trip! See you soon.

Even though it already happened 5 years ago, I remember my trip around Highlands with Torsten as if it was yesterday. Everything what I asked for was a week-end tour around Highlands which would be different from all those commercial ones... and what I got just struck me. I got a friend, wonderful guide and a lot of unforgettable memories (and pictures :D) from our adventurous journey. I will always remember this weekend as one of my most precious trips ever.

Me and two mates hired Torsten and his van for a Surfing Trip over to the Isle of Lewis, We got lucky with blue sky's and decent surf but what made the trip was Torstens vast knowledge of the place's we past through and stopping off along the way to show us some hidden gem's like stunning water falls, Old Historic ruins and a massive gorge that we would have drove strait past other wise. Torstens banter is second to none!! Highly recommend.

Stayed with Torsten with a friend from Canada. Had an amazing day trip to some very interesting sites around Scotland. Definitely recommend.
